I met Louise & Darren over 18 months ago and began photographing their two boys. When they asked me to shoot their wedding at the beautiful Park Hall Hotel - I couldn't wait!
The days leading up to photographing any wedding your keeping an eye on the weather forecast and this time it was predicting rain however it couldn't have been more wrong.
Saturday began fresh with blue skies and as it clouded over throughout the morning the temperatures soared - amazing for us as it meant that the planned outdoor ceremony could go ahead.
I met with Louise & her bridesmaids in a large chalet/bridal suite on site early doors where I photographed bridal prep, breakfast, champagne popping and gift unwrapping. Meanwhile Father of the Bride & her two little boys hid out in the room next door for naps and iPad chills!
I scooted over to Darren and his Groomsmen for some prep photos then back to the ladies were it was time to get into the dress and make our way to the ceremony which was a very short walk around the complex - however not before capturing a bridesmaid reaction shot, seeing Louise for the first time in her dress!
The sun shone and the ceremony was beautiful (even with the wasps!). Afterwards we headed straight for a whole group confetti picture and then off for a breather with some family photographs by the lake, feeding the ducks.
Fantastic day time entertainment was provided by a Magician.
The wedding breakfast and speeches were great fun to photograph with some mega laughs provided (at Darren's expense!) by the two Best Men.
The day rolled into night and Mr & Mrs Williams took to the dance floor for their first dance as Man & Wife.
