After lots of will it/won't it happen, everybody was so happy when Corinne & Dans wedding day came around with the green light. For the two of them it was important for 5th August to be their wedding date as it was also their 10th anniversary, making it extra sentimental.
On the wedding morning I met with Corinne and her Mum and Sisters in the stunning Presidential Suite of her venue - the beautiful Mere Court Hotel in Knutsford. Bridal prep was well underway when I arrived with hair & makeup. Champagne flowing, there were some emotional moments throughout the morning. Corinne was overwhelmed when her flowers arrived and teared up. A few photos with Dan & his best man in the grounds of the venue and then it was time to get into the dress. After some first look Father of the Bride shots it was time for these childhood sweethearts to get married!
The ceremony room was dressed beautifully with a large floral arch and beautiful pastel pink chair bows - the chairs where set a small distance apart which was the only thing you'd notice about the day being post covid and guest numbers were limited to allow their day to go ahead. But love is love, you can't cancel love and it was an honour to capture such a wonderful couples day.
After a beautifully intimate ceremony, the wedding party headed outside to the courtyard for a drinks reception. We all then headed out front for some fun filled confetti shots and then I took Corinne & Dan off for their couple photos around the grounds.
A wedding breakfast followed family photos but not before the bride & groom had their first dance as their guests entered the room and watched on. Speeches by Father of the Bride Steve & Step Father of the Groom Steve were a wonderful touch and gave you an insight into both Corinne & Dan and their lives leading up to this day.
The wedding came to a close with the cutting of their incredible semi naked 3 tier wedding cake. They had fun with it and fed each other some too!
